Growing Together
"Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church." (Ephesians 4:15)
As followers of Jesus, we want to become more like him. This is something we can do on our own, or with others. The Sunday Services are one of the best ways to do this, as we gather to sing, pray, hear, learn and encourage each other. But, there are other opportunities at St James the Less church.
Home Groups
Home groups meet during the week. Home groups are an opportunity for a smaller group of people to meet, read, pray and support one another. We currently have three homegroups running throughout the week. To find out more, please speak to our Vicar, Ben.
Courses
We run regular courses throughout the year, such as Alpha and Christianity Explored. These are opportunities not only to explore the Christian faith, but also be encouraged in your faith.
Our Lent Course this year will be on the theme of "Evangelism" using the Talking Jesus course material to fuel our discussions.
